  • Steered the PR and marketing team at MAD Architects, comprised of four individuals based across Beijing and LA. This exemplifies my capability to lead, motivate, and coordinate an international team.

  • Conceptualised and directed the project for 'MAD Works', MAD architects' debut monograph, demonstrating my adeptness at handling complex projects and delivering high-quality final products.

  • Formulated MAD's digital strategy, including the development of a content creation plan and a strategy to engage our followers across various platforms. This highlights my proficiency in creating and implementing digital strategies that drive growth.

  • Contributed to brand building: Successfully amplified MAD's brand awareness and managed to position the studio and its founder, Ma Yansong, as one of the leading architectural firms internationally. This portrays my capacity to enhance brand awareness and positioning through strategic communication efforts.

Achievements

  • ‘MAD Works’ was published by the internationally recognised publisher Phaidon in October 2016, demonstrating my ability to guide a complex project such as a book publication from idea to launch.

  • Witnessed growth across all platforms, with the most notable being Instagram, which soared from 1832 to over 150,000 followers, signifying the effectiveness of my digital strategy.
