Objective: To make Orsa Coffee the talk of Copenhagen, standing out in a city swamped with coffee lovers and latte artists, and give them a clear direction.
My Role: Brand strategist and facilitator
Approach/Strategy: So, Orsa hit me up, right? They're all about making waves in Copenhagen's café scene but were kinda stuck on how to bottle that lightning. My mission? Brew up a brand DNA so potent, it'd be impossible to ignore. We dug deep, beyond the beans, to unearth Orsa's true essence – their reason for being, who they're here for, and the unique vibe they bring to the table.
Process: Kicked things off with some heart-to-hearts with the founders. It was all about getting to the core of their dreams and the big why behind Orsa. Authenticity was key; we wanted a brand DNA that was as real and original as Orsa's first cup of coffee. With that gold in hand, we dove into workshop mode, stirring up strategies to sharpen their focus and dial up their revenue.
Outcome/Results: They've morphed into a brand powerhouse and with a packed café. Sharper, more focused, and making more dough. Their brand's now pulsing through Copenhagen's veins.
Reflection/Lessons Learned: Teaming up, shoulder to shoulder, with Orsa taught me that magic happens when you truly collaborate. Getting everyone on the same wavelength isn't just nice – it's necessary to forge a brand that resonates deep and wide.
