Hey there,

I'm Rasmus Taun. For 15 incredible years, I've been navigating the exciting world of strategy, branding, and art direction, helping businesses stand out. With a solid background in business and a master's in Economics and Management from Aarhus University, I've built a strong foundation in strategy and organisational growth.

My adventure began in China at 23, working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and aiding Danish companies in thriving in the Chinese market. Here, I discovered the game-changing power of branding, especially for foreign companies looking to make a splash. I learned that differentiation and the power of branding, not just price, was key to winning and conquering market shares in this highly competitive environment.

This was my eureka moment, the start of my love affair with brand strategy. After a year of internship, I stayed in China, studying at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance and launching Taun Creative Ltd. There, I helped big brands like Novo Nordisk and B&O tell their stories visually, connecting strategy with captivating narratives.

Post-masters, I landed a role at MAD Architects in Beijing, steering strategies that skyrocketed the firm's growth and led to designing the $2 billion George Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles.

I returned to Denmark in 2017, immersing myself in 3XN's world of sustainable architecture and branding. Back then, sustainability was just a buzz, and 3XN was already pioneering in the field. I learned heaps about applying sustainability and circularity strategies in the built environment.

Craving more creative challenges, I joined Designit, where I refined my skills in branding, strategy, and marketing. I introduced innovative content formats and led sustainability efforts across Nordic offices.

After a few years at Designit, I joined Stykka, at that time an early stage startup and brandwise a blank canvas. I was in charge of branding and business development and managed to create a challenger brand in the construction industry, winning several awards as well as closing to successful investment rounds and help our sales team building a multi million dollar pipeline.

Now, I'm all about creating narratives that not only inspire but drive action. I blend strategy, sustainability, and creativity to help companies outshine and outrun their competition.
