Stykka’s Office Tour Takes Flight: Drone Dance

This visually stunning drone dance doesn't just show you our work - it takes you on a journey, offering captivating views of Stykka's craftsmanship and creativity. With the World Drone FPV Champion Dane at the controls, we reinvented the traditional office tour, swooping and soaring through the beautifully designed Simple Feast office.

Objective: In a world paused by a pandemic, the challenge was to showcase our work at the Simple Feast office, a space Stykka had meticulously designed but now stood inaccessible. The goal was to devise a strategy that would not only showcase our work in a unique light but also inspire online engagement and distinguish Stykka as a pioneer of creative solutions.

My Role: As the Art Director, Concept Creator, and Editor, I wore multiple hats in this project. The task was to conceive a concept that went beyond the ordinary, carry it through with meticulous art direction, and finally bring it all together in a compelling edit that told our story right.

Approach/Strategy: To challenge the norm and to turn adversity into opportunity, I engaged Dane, the world drone FPV champion. Rather than a straightforward walkthrough, we planned a spectacular fly-through. Dane's drone swooped in through the window and navigated the office interior, showing off Stykka's furniture from angles hitherto unexplored.

Process: After outlining the flight plan and mapping out the areas to highlight, we let Dane take the helm. With precision and skill, he piloted his drone around the office, showcasing our work in a truly unique way. The furniture took on new life, seen from perspectives that were fresh and intriguing.

Outcome/Results: The results were nothing short of breathtaking. The video took flight online, attracting significant attention and piquing curiosity among viewers. By embracing creativity and innovation in a challenging time, we managed to not only showcase our project but also differentiate Stykka as a creative tour-de-force.

Reflection/Lessons Learned: This project served as a powerful reminder of the value of creative branding and marketing. By thinking outside the box and daring to do something different, we created a buzz around our work and our brand. Not only did this innovative approach showcase our project, it also positioned Stykka as a company that thrives on creativity and innovation. As I move forward, this lesson will remain at the forefront of my approach to brand strategy: creativity isn't just a tool, it's a business advantage.
